Here’s everything we’ve used so far on the Orange County living & dining room design project! This is the same house as The Drama Bathroom! We’re back for more.
These room makeovers meant so much to the homeowner. She lived with broken things all around the house for 15 years – water damage, cracked plaster walls, and you guys know how much was all wrong with the bathroom. She said it was time to “redeem the house.” There is more backstory I can’t share. Just know, this was a really meaningful project for us!
This space has a lot of yellow tones. By painting the walls white first, we hav a much cooler tone in here now.
I chose a Ruggable Rug because you can throw them right in the washer and dryer. Here’s a list of all my favorite Ruggable Rugs!

Jake completely redid the shelves in the living room. They look amazing and so much more modern.
I love purchasing downloadable art online. You can print it as many times you want and customize it based on the size of your frames!

It was so special to work on this Orange County living & dining room. The client’s reaction was the sweetest thing. “It’s so perfect.” She was in tears. This is the best part of our job.
