Hi, we're Jake and Sarah

Okay, hear me out, almond milk people! I’ve been making this for years and finally have it down to a science. This is the best homemade almond milk and it’s honestly thanks to my Almond Cow! No fillers, preservatives, or oils and it lasts 3 days in the fridge. Here’s how I make it!

Recipe:

  • 4-5 cups of purified water (or just fill Almond Cow to max line)
  • 1 cup of raw almonds (or just fill Almond Cow to max line)
  • 2-3 dates
  • splash of vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of cinnamon

Blend until smooth and frothy (or until Almond Cow light turns blue).

Then, strain through nut milk bag and enjoy! I double strain using this nut milk bag (makes a HUGE difference in the final result of the milk, don’t skip this step!). This milk froths so well for lattes and is also delicious on its own!

You can totally make this with a regular blender too, but switching to the Almond Cow has cut my prep and clean time in half (no measuring!).

I use my homemade almond milk to make my 3 Minute Mocha, my Oranges & Cream Smoothie, and My Favorite Homemade Vanilla Latte and it’s perfect!

Almond Cow gave me a $25 off coupon when you shop using code RANDALL. I kid you not, this thing has completely revolutionized my almond milk. I can’t recommend it enough!
