I’ve shared this oranges & cream smoothie recipe so many times on my stories. So many people have messaged me about it over the years. So, I thought it should have a permanent home here on the blog!
We have a huge orange tree in our backyard that produces tons of fruit. I didn’t want to have to throw them away as they fell so I decided to do something with them!

Here’s the recipe!
- juice from 2 oranges
- 1 scoop of Ritual Essential Protein
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 scoops of yogurt of choice (I use almond milk yogurt, unsweetened)
- a handful of frozen mango

It makes this frothy, tart and sweet oranges & cream smoothie that reminds me of having Orange Julius as a kid, but with no added sugar.
