Hi, we're Jake and Sarah

We just completed a one-day living room flip and it was so much fun!

The art ledge is just a 1×5, 1×4, and 1×3. We attached the 1×5 and 1×4 with pocket holes using the Massca M1 jig, and we made sure to go into the studs when hanging on the wall. We used a nail gun to attach the 1×3 to the front.

We kept this project budget-friendly by refinishing as much of their existing furniture as possible.

Alexis Feindel helped us for the day and refinished piece after piece! She does furniture flips locally here in San Diego. You can inquire to work with her here.

Our clients really had no idea what the space would look like, and it was so fun to reveal it to them. You can watch their reaction here.
