This Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart Bread is a fail-proof appetizer for your next holiday party! It’s been a smashing hit every time we make it.
Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart Bread Ingredients
1 large sourdough loaf
1 stick of butter
1 wheel of Brie
1 can of cranberry sauce
4-5 sprigs of rosemary
2-6 sprigs of thyme
a handful of fresh cranberries
1. Chop fresh herbs and combine with butter. Melt on the stove.
2. As the butter is melting, slice your bread both ways leaving the bottom of the loaf intact.
3. Assemble the loaf by pouring on melted herb butter, adding Brie cubes, cranberry sauce, and fresh cranberries
4. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes
Serve immediately
