Tart cherry juice has tons of health benefits. It’s great to have before bed to increase melatonin levels. Tart cherry juice has 20x more vitamins than sweet cherry juice – so definitely go with tart! It is also known to help with muscle soreness. Tart cherry juice is also known to help strengthen your immune system which is always a bonus.

My Oranges & Cream Smoothie

I love making mocktails and smoothies with health benefits. Check out my oranges & cream smoothie recipe here! For this smoothie, I use the oranges off the tree in our backyard. This smoothie got me through my entire pregnancy and it’s full of protein and vitamin C!
