- tart cherry juice
- cherry vanilla sparkling water
- fresh cherries
The combination of mango and cherry is so good! It’s bringing all the spring vibes🌸

Tart cherry juice has tons of health benefits. It’s great to have before bed to increase melatonin levels. Tart cherry juice has 20x more vitamins than sweet cherry juice – so definitely go with tart! It is also known to help with muscle soreness. Tart cherry juice is also known to help strengthen your immune system which is always a bonus.
