This week we made some finishing touches to our yard with some patio decor. Our yard has gone through a massive transformation. It took a lot of work. Here’s the recap:
We got everything from Lowe’s!
1. We built a retaining wall
This project took 3 days. We had pretty much completely neglected it since the day we moved in. Since this area leads to our pool, I wanted to create a paver pathway along with a pony wall to section off the slope.
2. We painted our fence
We painted our entire fence with Black Fox by HGSW. I love the dark color.
3. We hung up these bistro lights
Hanging bistro lights over our pool patio was a total game-changer! These bistro patio lights are super user friendly. To hang these, you’ll need to order the lights, this wire hanging kit, and zip ties!
This week, we transplanted our mums into the planters so they’ll last as long as possible. We cleaned our grill and picked the leaves up off the ground. Now we can enjoy cozy fall nights on our patio!
