Jake and I took a spontaneous day trip to Big Bear. It was a lot of driving in one day, but so worth it! One of my favorite things is hearing the pouring rain instantaneously silence as it turns into lightly falling snow. As we slowly made our way up the mountain, the landscape transformed into a complete winter-wonderland.
We ended the day with a cup of tea at Tea and Coffee Exchange, a kiss on the side of the road, and a small car accident into a pile of snow. Traveling has its highs and lows.
Jake and I actually ended up being asked to renovate a cabin up in Big Bear. This place is so close to our hearts. It was so much fun to makeover such a beautiful space in a place we love so much. Check out our makeover of the Endless View Lodge in Big Bear!
We worked on the living room, master bedroom, and dining room.
