This Pomegranate Rosemary Spritz is a great cocktail/mocktail for all the festive holiday parties! We’ve made this for the past two years now and it’s always a hit. I highly recommend subbing gin with Seedlip No. 42 if you’re going alcohol-free! It has the best citrus essence and just elevates the drink from sparkling fruit juice to a whole new level.

Pomegranate Rosemary Spritz Recipe:
3 cubes of ice
1.5 ounces of gin or Seedlip Grove 42 (citrus) nonalcoholic spirit
cover ice with pomegranate juice
2-3 splashes of orange bitters
top off with tonic
garnish with rosemary and fresh cranberries
I served them in these cocktail glasses from Crate & Barrel.

This drink comes out to just over $3 a serving. It’s crisp, tart, not too sweet, and has the best citrus essence from the spirit and bitters. Let me know if you give it a try at your next party!
I love creating mocktail recipes with added health benefits too. I made this Glowy Girl Mocktail with liquid collagen from Spoiled Child. It’s delicious!
